  • Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout performed on a Pilates reformer machine. It focuses on building strength, improving mobility, posture, and core stability, while remaining gentle on the joints. Resistance and exercises can be easily adjusted to suit all fitness levels.

  • Absolutely! Beginners are more than welcome. We recommend starting with an Intro or Beginner class so you can learn the fundamentals and feel confident using the reformer. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

  • Please wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene (available for purchase in-studio if you don’t already have a pair).

  • Classes are 45-50 minutes long

  • Just yourself and your grip socks! We provide all equipment. Water bottles are recommended to stay hydrated.

  • We are at 7711 Harkins Road Suite B in Lanham, MD - a five-minute walk from the New Carrollton Metro station, and close to Route 50 and the 495 MLK highway exit.

  • Yes! Both street and garage parking are available.

    • Respect fellow clients and instructors

  • For safety reasons, late arrivals may not be allowed to join once the class has started, and the class credit may be forfeited. We recommend arriving at least 5–10 minutes early.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations—this applies to standard group classes.

    • MindBody users: You can cancel your session directly through the app or website. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the class being forfeited.
