Steps to Book a Party:
Complete Party Form
Receive Email Confirmation of Approved Party (from support email)
Receive Deposit Booking link (25% of party total). This must be paid to secure a party slot.
Receive Party Welcome Email & link to share with guests. All guests must book party spot & complete waiver prior to party start time.
Party Cost:
Private Pilates Party Cost: $449 | 2-hour private booking for 10 people
No more than 10 guests are allowed, including the guests of honor.
Optional Party Bundle: $100 - 10 grip socks | $200- 10 Founders bundles (bag, socks, towel)
Format & Time Options:
Party Total Time: 2-hours
Opening Reception (30 mins) | Introduction to the class & reformer (10 mins) | Instruction (50 mins) | Closing Reception (30 mins)
Fridays: 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Saturdays: 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Sundays: 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
The Fine Print
Once the Party is approved & confirmed - must checkout to officially book.
25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking
75% paid 48hrs before event start- will be canceled otherwise.
$150 cleaning fee if the space not returned in the original condition
$50 departure fee if the entire party is not exited within 10 minutes of the party ending.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your party 48 hours prior to the party date & time for no further penalty, but your 25% deposit is NON REFUNDABLE with no exceptions.
Limitations:
No Hot food
Suggested Foods- Charcuterie cups (available upon request), fruit
Bottle Beverages Only
Suggestions: Mini champagne bottles, fresh-pressed juices, personalized water bottles.
Decor:
No confetti
No candles, sparklers, or anything flammable
Minimal additional items can be brought into the studio; no balloon arches or displays; guests are responsible for all cleanup of any decor items.
Suggested Decor:
Personalized napkins
Premade flower arrangements
Themed outfits (all pink, all blue)
